The car was packed and the whole family hopped in for our 12 hour drive to the far northwoods of Minnesota. After we hit the road, we realized we forgot our iTrip FM transmitter, and in fact, we did not know where it was hiding in the house. This means no music for 12 hours. Ouchie.
So we decided to drive by our Best Buy on the way out of town, and I ran in to get something to solve our problem. Luckily, I stumbled upon the Griffin RoadTrip FM Transmitter. This thing is SWEET!!!
Love it. Here’s why… It stays fully charged for the entire road trip. It has a very easy and flexible mounting that plugs into the car lighter, and it has adjustable arms that manuever around cup holders and such. It is pretty much a one button push to sync with a radio frequency. The signal is strong and clean. It comes with a belt clip for the 20 gig iPod. It works with both iPod and iPod mini. AND… it has a detachable FM transmitter that can be plugged into your laptop to transmit music from your computer to any radio in the house. HELLO.
In short this thing ROCKS! Skip iTrip and giddy-up onto the RoadTrip.
